The Austrian National Council of Disabled Persons, the Österreichische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Rehabilitation (ÖAR), is responsible for distributing the keys in Austria.
To be able to send you the key, this organisation requires verification of your walking disability/wheelchair use/or similar beforehand, for instance by forwarding a copy of an official appropriate document to

To simplify mailing the key abroad, we suggest the following procedure:
You pay the key in advance (27,00 €) to the bank account of the Österreichische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Rehabilitation, PSK No. 1002.100, BLZ: 60000, IBAN: AT95 6000 0000 0100 2100, BIC: OPSKATWW) and forward a copy of an official appropriate document to the ÖAR.
After the ÖAR has received the document verifying your walking disability and the purchase price has been credited to the bank account, the key will be sent immediately - please don’t forget to give us your address.
